Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding!  We at East Saint Paul Baptist Church rejoice with you in your wedding celebration.  The wedding ceremony is one of the most scared moments in a couple‚Äôs journey!   It is the desire of the staff and the church family to make every wedding ceremony a beautiful and worshipful event. To that end, we extend to each wedding party every possible courtesy.

It is important that as you prepare for your wonderful day that you make accommodations with the church's secretary.  Please read and follow the ESPBC's Wedding Policies and Procedures.

Building Usage
We thank you in advance for your consideration of using God's tabernacle of praise for your event.     It is with great pleasure to work with you as you prepare your special event.   For contract and other information, contact the church Secretary.  
How to Rent:  Responsible party must personally contact the Church's Secretary to complete appropriate building use contract and pay deposit and any applicable fees.  All contracts ae honored on a first come, first serve basis.
Non-Profit Organizations:  Non-profit Organizations(501-3C) involving church members may hold meetings at no cost when there is no food or ticket selling.  There will be no fundraising events in the church.  All requests for use and scheduling of buildings must go through the church secretary; THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
Deposit:  A security deposit is required for members and non-members and is due upon signage of contract.   The security deposit will be refunded if there is no damage to the building and/or building overage charges.  In the event of cancellation all money will be refunded exluding amounts where expenses have incurred.  

Jeremiah Food Pantry


On every other Tuesday, the Jeremiah Food Pantry is open in our Fellowship Hall.  This pantry is designed for individuals who are in need of food.   For more information, please contact the Jeremiah Food Pantry Coordinator, James Williams at 817-293-5067.
